I have been providing private music instruction to Albertans for more
than 20 years. In September I will begin my 23rd year of teaching! I
teach piano to all ages and levels from beginner up to Grade 10 Royal
Conservatory.
I feel my greatest quality as a teacher is adaptability: I
can teach a single concept in several ways based on the learning needs
of the student. I am also very patient and supportive. I use a variety
of different method books custom tailored based on several criteria
such as age, musical interests and previous experience. I am very
experienced teaching Royal Conservatory of Music repertoire, preparing
students for examinations and music festivals.
I
provide in-home lessons on Mondays, Tuesdays and
Wednesdays in Chestemere and I teach at my home studio in Applewood on
Thursdays and Fridays. I am mentoring one of my most advanced students,
Ligia Sanchez, to also teach brand new beginners for in-home lessons in
Chestermere.
Registration for lessons is ongoing throughout the year. Please email me at leith@lbellmusic.com or give me a call at 403-816-0211 to arrange a free consultation.
